Sport Accessible for Every Child

On 17th April 2018 at the Sofia Sports Hall,  a tournament took place under the motto “Sport Accessible for Every Child”, organised by the Bulgarian Sports Federation for Children and Youth at Risk. The event was attended by 11 teenagers between 12 and 18 years old from Afghanistan and Iran. They competed in the soccer and badminton competitions.

Six of the teenagers who participated in the three rounds of football matches reached the final in which they won second place and were awarded silver medals. One of the teenagers who competed in the badminton tournament succeeded in the final and won a gold medal. The medals were awarded at an official ceremony.
