Caritas met employers and job seekers at a job exchange for refugees

Another edition of the job fair with employers and job seekers from the refugee community was held on April 9 at Project Lab on the topic “Refugees – the untapped potential for business”.

The event, organized by Caritas in partnership with UNHCR as part of the project “Employment for Refugees from Ukraine and Other Countries of Origin”, was held with great interest and provided an opportunity for job seekers and job providers to exchange ideas, expectations and suggestions. Each of the candidates was provided with assistance and cooperation from the organizations so that the recruitment process could run as smoothly as possible and in a short time.

Visitors to the job fair received accessible and complete information about the right to work of the target group, useful advice in connection with hiring and ensuring long-term and sustainable employment of refugees, and examples of good practices.
